NEWS 6/23/2009 CCSA Summer Slam Danbury Hospital CCSA Announces the "Summer Slam" seminar at Danbury hospital. August 1 2009. 7:30-3:45pm 6.5 CEUS Registration is now open under the "Program" TAB. Register early via mail or through website. It does not cost extra to use Paypal nor do you have to be a Paypal member. The website is secure and safe and no personal Info is given out. Please avoid pay at the door as we need accurate headcounts for food,seating and printed materials. If you must please call David Jagrosse to confirm yourself as a pay at the door. If you confirm as "Pay at the door" you are committed to the expense if you show or not. 3/9/2009 CCSA Spring Fling Announced CCSA Spring Meeting will be held at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown CT. Date is Saturday April 18th. Online registration is open and encouraged. New program format will be 8am-1230 for 4.5 CEUS at a reduced rate. A tour of the recently renovated CSS department will be offered following the program. Brochure mailing will soon follow. Tune back to Website for more details. On behalf of the great state of Connecticut, we welcome you to the CCSA website. The Connecticut Central Service Association is happy to have you as a guest. We would like to announce the new board that covers 2008-2009.

We are all very humbled by the opportunity to lead the association and are very grateful for the chance to direct the association to new heights. We have several great seminars planned for the upcoming months. The board cannot do this by themselves. We need and want your feedback. Contact any one of the members with your ideas and thoughts for upcoming educational endeavors. Once again, membership is free so we encourage everyone to join and participate. The website will go through some different design changes which will make the site more user friendly. The board is ready, are you?? Once again, thank you for your continued support.

nonprofit organization pursuant to the Revised Nonstock Corporation Act
of the State of Connecticut Nature of Activities.

This Corporation's mission is to, through programs, education, scholarship, research, development and newsletters:

1) Bring about the close co-operation among hospital Central Service
personnel in order to promote efficiency in Central Service management;

2) Encourage and assist members to develop their knowledge and increase their effectiveness in the field of Central Service;

3) Provide a medium for the interchange of ideas and dissemination of material relative to Central Service;

4) Promote recognition of this service group, as being professional and aware of responsibility for both hospital and public safety and welfare;

5) Organize as a non-profit, educational association;

6) Develop a professional relationship with other related health care associations for mutual benefit.
